TVS Flame Review:
Buy this bike if you are looking out for good mileage, affordable cost and style. TVS Flame has a very sleek design, good brakes and neat digital console. The other bike in the segment are Gladiator, Discover 135, Glamor, Super Splendor, Heat and XCD.
Equipped with a lot of features and an impressive technology, TVS Flame is widely sought after by bike enthusiasts.
Flame comes with a 125 cc engine, singular cylinder with three valves and twin spark plugs. It promises a top speed of 95km/h and a maximum power of 10.5 bhp at 8250 rpm. The maximum torque is set at 10 Nm at 6000 rpm. The gear is a five speed gear type and the gear box is protected by Multi-plate wet clutch type. The twin spark technology ensures a good pick up.
Apache provides fuel efficiency as it claims to give a mileage of 65 km/l and the presences of the five speed gear box makes it possible for the bike to provide more fuel efficiency. The fuel capacity is set at 8 liters.
The 3V CCVTi technology has 3 valve technology which is tuned to the best tumble-swirl port combination and gives an extremely smooth ride which requires less gear shifting. The footpeg and knee recess is impressive and comfortable.
TVS Flame has a wide front disc on the break to provide good control and stability. The suspension has received much accolade and it is even possible to adjust the rear shocks of the bike suiting the need of the terrain.
Riding this bike is comfortable and the rider does not have to crouch. The seats are spacious for both the main and pillion rider. It even has a spacious storage space for storing all your knick knacks. The tyres are wide and have alloy wheels.
Available in an array of colors TVS Flame can be purchased in Refreshing Blue, Flaming Red, Mica Black, etc. the color contrast between the body and fuel tank, front fender, side panels and cowl is enticing and attractive. I am user tvs flame bike i heard this bikes gives excelent miles sales man also say like that he told me this bikes gives miles 60 km per ltr but now only 40 km per ltr i bought on jan 02 2009 from kathmandu AIT SHOWROOM.
