Datsun Go+ Available in Delhi
Datsun Go+ could be now brought in Delhi that are offered between Rs. 3.79 to 4.61 lakhs. The car is positioned as a spacious MUV with 3 rows of seat. However the 3rd row might be used only by children that too below 10 years of age. It means that it might be primarily useless as it would leave no storage space if used. Once you fold the seats you might get extra large boot space of 347 lts. The car is claimed to give mileage of 20.62kmpl which is yet to be confirmed on road. The car is fitted with 1.2 l engine that gives out 68PS of power.
Toyota Innova and Fortuner Update
The updated Innova and Fortuner is now available in India. Under the hood there are no changes in Innova but Fortuner gets new 2.5-litre engine that gives out 144 PS power. However one of the important update is the availability of airbags which are standard in both this suvs. Both the car gets new leather seats and dark grey alloys. Innova gives out same 2.5 l Diesel engine that gives out 102 PS of power with a peak torque of 200NM. The mileage is claimed to give 13.31 kmpl. 2015 new Fortuner is going to get DVD display with touchscreen. The 3.0 l engine is going to get all new auto box.
Volkswagen Cross Polo 1.2MPI
Cross Polo 1.2MPI is not available in India with showrooms and could be brought for Rs. 6.94 lakhs ex-showroom price Mumbai. The engine fitted in this car is going to give out 74PS of power with peak torque of 110NM. The manufacturer claims this car to have a mileage of 16.47kmpl. When it comes to safety the car is fitted with dual front airbags for front seat and ABS. The roof trails are similar to earlier cross polo and 15in alloys are same too.
Honda Brio and Amaze gets audio video navigation system
Honda Brio and Amaze gets new variants VX(0) which would be fitted with AVN that comes in Mobilio. This would have a 15.7 cm touch screen where navigation system and maps would be preloaded with entertainment. Under the hood everything is going to be same.
All new Mahindra Scorpio S4+ Launched
With just Rs. 40,000 a host of new features are added to this new variant which promises to be safer than others. S4+ is going to get a plethora of safety features like electronic brake force distribution, anti-lock braking system, dual airbags, seat belt reminder and panic brake induction. Shift on fly 4-wheel drive system is discontinued from this SUV and it now comes as an option. In this trim alloy wheels are discontinued.
Mahindra Likely to buy Saab
Mahindra is most likely to buy the remains on Saab which is now NEVS i.e. National Electric Vehicle Sweden. Earlier a Chinese company brought it a wanted to develop electric car for Saab 9-3. Due to some problems the car was never able to pull out and failed before the car could go to floor. Mahindra might develop and revive the company or only use its R&D section.
