TVS has tried and are successful in removing all the problems of Apache 150 with Apache RTR. Apache RTR is fitted with digital clocks, clip ons, and petal disc. This is one of the hottest power bike in India. The alternative for this bike includes Pulsar 180.
TVS Apache, a commuter type motorcycle to cater to your passion for racing. With eight awards to its name TVS Apache comes in three versions, Apache RTR (Racing Throttle Response) 160 Hyper edge and Apache RTR 180 and RTR 180 ABS which are remodeled versions of Apache RTR 160. Although they retain the basic specifications of Apache RTR 160, additional features have been incorporated like a better engine (177.4cc) and enhanced dimensions along with being tubeless.
The wheelbase is wide enough to provide stability and the grab rail has been designed after analyzing in detail in numerous grab holding styles. It allows the pillion rider to comfortably hold on to the bike while it is being sped off. Also the seats are of a dual texture that provides a good amount of comfort especially during loner bike rides.
With a 159.7 cc engine TVS Apache is designed to give a maximum speed of 120km/ph and a maximum power of 15.7 bhp at 8500 rpm and the maximum torques is set at 13.1 Nm at 6500 rpm. It has a single cylinder with 2 valves per cylinder and the cooling type is air cooling.
A 5 speed gear and wet multi plate clutch along with a fuel tank of 16 liters gives a fuel consumption of 42.The handlebars are of the clip on type and the grips are alloy finished giving a stunning look. It also has a digital speedometer, petal shaped disc break, service and batter indicator, LED tail lamps and serrated design stickers.
Available in two colors – orange and grey, TVS Apache is a true stunner on the streets. Its stylish facials combined with comfort makes it one of the most sought after racing bikes by the youth.
A word of caution – Yes touching the top speed limit can be adrenaline pumping but make sure that you have donned all the required safety gears first.

apache 160 is better than pulsar 180. it look like a racing bike pulsar is nothing infront of apache i ride it at 132 kmph
