TVS Rockz Review

TVS is all set to launch its latest scooter model TVS Rockz soon. It features a lot of features and provides a good riding experience.

In terms of specifications the scooter comes with a 125 cc four stroke engine which aims at a maximum power of 9.8 bhp at 7500 rpm and a torque of 9.8Nm at 7500 rpm. The scooter features an electric start and a centrifugal auto clutch. The engine is coupled with a four speed type manual transmission with a constant mesh. When compared with Hero Honda Street 100 and Kinetic K4, TVS Rockz is much faster and efficient.

TVS Rockz offers a good performance and the comfort factor is also high. The seats are comfortable and allow a good riding position without forcing the rider to crouch. The suspension, which is of the Telescopic type in the front and a Dual Shock Absorber at the rear, provides enhanced safety to the rider. Also the halogen headlamp enables the rider to navigate through dim areas. The five spoke alloy wheels, a rear disc brake and the stylish tail lamp are all configured keeping the rider’s safety in mind

The best part about the scooter is the Integrated Music System. For most people music is like a drug and a scooter with an integrated music system is a definite win. This feature enables the rider to listen to music in two ways – their own collection of songs which is played through a USB port (the songs have to be in an MP3 format) or the FM Radio. There are ports for the USB chord, speaker earphones and the FM radio. The scooter also has an in built ATL (anti theft lock) to prevent it from getting stolen.

With its stylish looks and good comfort features, TVS Rockz is bound to be a good entry in to the scooter market.
